This knowledge base provides an overview of Wobb's subscription options, as well as instructions for managing your plan, upgrading or downgrading your subscription, and accessing billing and invoice information.

  1. Free Trial Wobb offers a 14-day free trial for new users to explore the platform and evaluate its features. During the free trial, users are by default on the Growth plan but with limited credits for search pages, profile views, and other features. To sign up for the free trial, simply create an account on the Wobb website. No credit card information is required. The free trial finishes after 14 days, and to continue using the platform, users must either switch to a paid plan.

  2. Subscription Plans Wobb offers three primary subscription plans, each with its own set of features and usage limits:

  • Startup: Suitable for small businesses and individuals.

  • Growth: Ideal for medium-sized businesses and agencies.

  • Enterprise: Tailored for large organizations and enterprises, with custom limits and features. Contact us to learn more about the Enterprise plan.

The subscription plans vary in terms of the number of influencers (active number of hired influencers at any time), search pages, profile views, view email, and view phone number. For detailed information on each plan, visit the Wobb pricing page.

  1. Upgrading Your Plan To upgrade your subscription plan, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Wobb account.

  • Navigate to Settings > My Plan > Upgrade Options.

  • Select the desired plan and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade.

The upgrade will be effective immediately, and you'll have access to the additional features and usage limits associated with the new plan.

  1. Downgrading Your Plan To downgrade your subscription plan:

  • Log in to your Wobb account.

  • Navigate to Settings > My Plan > Upgrade Options.

  • Select the desired plan and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the downgrade.

Please note that downgrading your plan may result in the loss of access to certain features and reduced usage limits. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  1. Pausing Your Subscription Wobb currently does not offer a pause feature for subscriptions. You can either continue with your subscription, downgrade to a lower plan, or cancel your subscription and resubscribe when you wish to resume using the platform.

  2. Canceling Your Subscription To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your Wobb account.

  • Navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription.

  • Click on the active subscription you want to cancel.

  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

After cancellation, the platform cannot be used unless another plan is subscribed to.

  1. Mid-Plan Changes If you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription during the middle of a billing cycle, the changes will apply as follows:

  • Upgrades: Effective immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference between the plans for the remaining days in the billing cycle.

  • Downgrades: Effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Cancellation: Effective at the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, the platform cannot be used unless another plan is subscribed to.

  1. Billing and Invoices Wobb uses a secure payment gateway to process subscription payments. You will receive an invoice for each billing cycle via email. To access your billing history and invoices:

  • Log in to your Wobb account.

  • Navigate to the "Billing" section.

  • Select "Invoices" to view your payment history and download invoices.
